- Assessment results provided by Gallup or Birkman, or other results you share with us.
- Comments are currently disabled due to spam. We will consider re-enabling comments only with strong spam protection in place.
- How We Use Your Info
We use your info to respond to questions, provide coaching, send updates (if you ask), and improve our website. We do **not** sell or rent your data.
- Cookies and Embedded Content
We use cookies, including those from HubSpot, to make the site work better and track usage. HubSpot cookies help us connect with you and improve marketing but have built-in privacy controls. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser.
Some pages may include content from other sites, which have their own privacy policies.

Only trusted partners help us run the site or if required by law.
- Data Retention
We keep information only as long as necessary to deliver services or follow the law. Comments may be kept longer for spam control, but since comments are off, this is not in effect.

- About Birkman and Gallup
When a client consents to take coaching assessments through Birkman or Gallup, we receive direct access to the assessment data from these providers. While we use this information to support coaching, we do not have the ability to delete or modify the data stored by Birkman or Gallup. These organizations manage and protect the data according to their own privacy policies.
